Swedish “Julbord” at Under Kastanjen

From 23 of November, Under Kastanjen offers a traditional christmas smorgosbord.

It isn’t the biggest in town, but it is the nicest!
We serve all the traditional dishes that a decent Julbord should have; “Julskinka” (Christmas ham, a salty and breaded ham), meatballs, several different kinds of smoked or cured salmon, a selection of pickled herrings, “Janssons Frestelse” (a lushious potato gratin spiced with anchovies) and salads, and sausages… and… and…

…and of course, there is a nice little  dessert buffé, if you haven’t had enough yet.

Everything is gluten free, and most of it free from lactose.

We serve beer and wine at your request, and we are proud of our own schnapps.

Price: 465 SEK. (295 SEK for children up to the age of 12)

We serve Julbord at night, every thursday, friday and saturday during December.
The last week before christmas it is available every day, all day long.
