Semla – a swedish tradition before lent

A Semla is a traditional swedish pastry, served on its own, or with hot milk, “hetvägg”.
It is a soft wheat bun, filled with almond paste, whipped cream and love, and topped with the buns own lid.

As a tribute to the tradition with Semla, we serve two kinds of  Starters, in the shape of a Semla: one filled with Skagen-salad and one with a traditional swedish anchovy-salad
